Our fun and interactive clinic/sensory gym is located in the heart of Tequesta, Florida. 

Our therapists treat in the clinic, as well as in homes and schools. Please contact us and we always do our best to accommodate specific requests.

We proudly serve families in Jupiter / Tequesta, FL and surrounding areas in Palm Beach and Martin County. Whether you need Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy or Physical Therapy, our licensed therapists can come to your home or school to provide convenient, personalized care. We are here to help!

It’s completely normal to have questions about where to start, and we are here for you every step of the way. Giving us a call is a great way to discuss concerns. We will gladly help determine what services may best help your child thrive. Based on your child’s unique challenges and strengths, we’ll recommend a path to best support your child’s development – whether that’s Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and/or Physical Therapy. Upon consultation, if another provider is better suited, we’ll gladly connect you with a trusted expert in that area.

We specialize in pediatric therapy services, working with children from infancy through adolescence (0-21). Each therapy plan is tailored to your child’s developmental stage and unique needs—whether that’s building fine motor skills, improving speech and communication, or supporting physical development, etc.

If your child has not been evaluated within the last year, your child will need to have an occupational, speech and/or physical therapy evaluation based on his/her needs. The initial evaluation will determine if and how often therapy is warranted based on your child’s standardized testing scores and clinical observation. Therapy goals will be established and expected timelines for therapy determined during the evaluation, and you will receive a full, written report within 2 weeks.
Many of our patients use the Step Up for Students program in Florida to be reimbursed for therapy services. Each invoice is equipped with the necessary information for reimbursement, and once paid, your invoice can be submitted to Step Up for reimbursement. Shine Pediatric Therapy is fully approved through the Step Up for Students program in Florida to provide therapy services.
Many clients submit paid invoices for reimbursement to their insurance company. With notification of a patient’s intent to submit to insurance, each invoice is equipped with proper coding, allowing insurance companies to reimburse clients for services received.
Based on the results of your child’s evaluation and the therapist’s clinical judgement, a recommendation will be made for the amount of recommended therapy. We work closely with families to determine a treatment plan that is financially sound and will work for their unique child and family’s situation.
